The contracting authority shalll procure a tool for optimising waste routes in Trondheim Municipality. The tool will be able to give us a targeted optimisation and increase the efficiency for the collection of waste from businesses (Retura AS) and households (Trondheim Renholdsverk AS), respectively. The system must manage information on geographical limitations and other additional data associated with the collection points, and on the basis of this information estimate the most effective route based on various factors associated with e.g. distances, time, cost and environment.
