Framework Agreement, Consultancy Services Related to Traffic Data, Simulation and Analysis

Oslo municipality, c/o the Agency for Urban Environment (Oslo kommune c/o Bymiljøetaten] wants to enter a parallel framework agreement for consultancy services related to traffic data, simulation and analysis. (The framework agreement must ensure the Section for Traffic Management and Analysis' (Seksjon for Trafikkstyring og analyser (TSA)) need for necessary consultancy support for important focus areas for the section, including strengthening the process for collecting traffic data, developing traffic simulation tools and analysing the traffic situation in Oslo. The framework agreement is divided into two subject areas: 1) traffic simulation and analysis; and 2) data development. An agreement shall be entered with two to three providers for each subject area.
