It is an R&D project with two problems:
1) What consequences does the Corona crisis appear to have for vulnerable children and youth and in particular child-welfare children?
2) How have children and youth in child welfare institutions experienced the Corona crisis?
Bufdir [the Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs] wants a representative selection, where all types of institutions (behavioural, care, care centres) and both private and public offers are included. The topics will include:
• your experience of safety and support from adults;
• about and how you have received and how how you have experienced the information during the crisis;
• contact with others during the crisis, such as friends, families, their child-welfare case worker;
• school and leisure: changes in the situation;
• possibly about how the situation has effected their living situation;
• possibly look at the difference compared with children in general during the crisis.
