Kort beskrivelse
On behalf of Helse Sør-Øst RHF [the South Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority], Sykehusbygg HF [the Norwegian Hospital Construction Agency] invites tenderers to participate in a dialogue conference with relevant supplier markets. The dialogue will be held as a link in procuring equipment for bed washing and automatic mattress washing in respectively the new clinic building and proton centre at the Radium Hospital and the new hospital in Drammen.
Through this dialogue we want to receive advice and input that we can use in planning and implementation of the pending procurement for the above named projects where it is planned to install equipment for bed washing. This mainly includes:
— knowledge of the market for prefabricated theatres,
— input to interface,
— proposals for the implementation of the tender contest (type of contest, time schedule, content, etc.)
The dialogue conference will consist of one-to-one meetings with suppliers.
Invitation to participate in a dialogue conference on the 10
The aim of the dialogue conference is to interact with the suppliers to gain knowledge about the best solutions for some of the challenges that the contracting authority has in the implementation of the construction projects and the procurement of this type of equipment. The contracting authority requests input from the suppliers prior to the procurements in order to facilitate a better procurement and sensible requirement specification.
The contracting authority has a need for more insight in the supplier branch in order to find out what is possible and what is not possible.

There is no capacity to implement one-to-one meetings with more than four suppliers. If interest is larger than this, Sykehusbygg retains the right to select which suppliers the contracting authority wants to implement one-to-one meetings with. The meetings will be implemented electronically.
