County Road 3284 Gulsetvegen Pavement and Municipal Water and Sewage Systems

A new pavement shall be reconstructed from Augonsplass to Grenland Kristne School, along County road 3284 (former County road 43) Gulsetvegen. The stretch is approx. 1 000 metres. New access roads shall be constructed for several landowners on the stretch. The project also includes the development for a new playground. The project contains the establishment of several new walls. Skien municipality shall in the same project include the upgrading and establishment of a new water and sewage system along the entire stretch.
