The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to a tender competition for engineering design and construction of a new building and reconstruction works for the project the Orkla Industrial Museum (OIM). The tender competition shall be implemented in accordance with the ‘Best Value Procurement Method’. Henceforth referred to as BVP. ‘Best Value Approach’ (BVA) is often used as terminology for the same process/method.
