Framework Agreement for Assistance within Organisation Development

Kompetanse Norge would like to enter into a Framework Agreement with up to three (3) tenderers for consultancy services for organisation development. The objective of the procurement is to further develop Kompetanse Norge’s ability for renewal and problem solving. Kompetanse Norway aims at an achieving an efficient and overall management of the activity. We require assistance in strengthening the organisation's administration skills, improve work processes and increase the quality of our services. Kompetanse Norge wants to strengthen the long-term planning and strategic work and needs services for consultancy, mapping, evaluations, studies and analyses, project management and project support. The consultancy service must provide the organisation with a good foundation for assessments and decisions.
