Norsk Tipping would like to enter into a framework agreement for logistics and distribution services. The goal is to join up with a cooperation partner for the entire service area, however the use of sub-suppliers is allowed. The contract includes stockholding, logistics and distribution of physical material and Flax-scratch cards to commission agents/dealers nationwide, including Svalbard.
