Høgskolen i Innlandet [Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences] invites tenderers to participate in a tender competition in connection with signing a contract for the purchase and delivery of goods and services within access control systems. Tenders can be submitted for parts of the contract. A more detailed description of the assignment, content and which building it concerns can be found in Annex 1, the contracting authority's requirement specification.
