The assignment comprises detailed regulation with impact assessment for a new nursery school and medical centre as well as play areas, sensory garden, access and parking. The assignment also includes detailed engineering design and tender documents for the new nursery school with outdoor area. Consideration must be given to Straumen stadium being selected as the site, as artificial grass and a running track must be included in the detailed regulation, engineering design and tender documents.
