Lots A and C are included in the Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs’ 4 year plan for follow-up measures included in the foster care report given by the Directorate in an award letter for 2017. The solution proposal must consider other ongoing research and development projects for the foster home field.
Lot B is an assignment that was awarded in 2018. The assignment is a continuation of the preparation of professional recommendations for siblings in foster homes. Cf. the petition decision 757 (the foster care report).
The assignments must be seen in connection with other relevant research and development assignments for the field.
