Short description
Deichman hereby invites interested service providers to respond to this Request for Information (RFI). Eichmann annually implements (the main library and local libraries) a large number of events of varying character. Deichman currently lacks satisfactory system support for the processes related to planning and implementation of these events. The objective of this RFI is to gain an understanding of available, relevant service providers, solutions and software to support the need for a tool that supports processes related to planning and the implementation of events. The response to this RFI is not part of any future procurement process, and does not bind either service providers or Deichman in relation to any later procurement.
