The competition concerns a service concession for the delivery of user-managed personal assistance (BPA) for users in Froland municipality (the Contracting Authority).
The Contracting Authority will continue the user choice scheme for user-managed personal assistance (BPA) from September 2018. This means that users who have a decision on BPA can choose between private suppliers who have been awarded a concession.
