The sample flow for full genome sequencing of different agents consists of many different steps and requires various reagents. Sample preparation is one of the most important steps. In this context, Folkehelseinstituttet [the Norwegian Institute of Public Health] needs a Framework Agreement for a sample preparation kit that shall be used for pre-processing of genomic bacterial DNA to full genome sequencing.
