The objective of the procurement is to enter into an agreement for service and maintenance of Avaya and Trio products with associated services.
Avaya:
— monitoring of the centres according to the overview in the locations list,
— periodical service of the telephony centres,
— follow up of errors reported by the Contracting Authority, also to third parties,
— assistance and proactive advising,
— 24/7 assistance at multiple locations.
Trio:
— service and maintenance,
— patching and maintenance as needed,
— error recovery and configuration of systems.
