The objective of the contract is to secure good canteen operation at Lørenskog rådhus [Town Hall] so that employees can access good and health food.
Lørenskog kommune [municipality] wants a canteen operator who is responsible for all personnel, storing, production and sales of food. The aim is to have more employees utilise the canteen.
The assignment comprises transfer of undertaking, which involves the service provider's business employing the current canteen employees. A contract will be signed with a business that employees disabled or disadvantages persons, cf. PPR § 16-9.
