The Ministries' security and service organisation would like to establish a Framework Agreement with one -1- periodicals agent for the Ministries' joint library and for each ministry that the Ministries' joint library has a contract with to organise periodicals. The tenderer must be able to take over our entire portfolio and continue subscriptions without any delivery interruptions.
