Short description
The main focus of this competition will be to strengthen the infrastructure for hydrogen and liquid biogas. The Contracting Authority will not construct, operate or own energy stations itself, the idea is that the actors themselves will do this. Service concession contracts will be facilitated, in which the actors compete for concessions to establish energy stations on given terms and on selected sites. The competition is for 3 different locations, with some different needs and room for feasibility. 3 independent contracts are therefore planned. Tenders can be submitted for one or more of the locations.
