Short description
The purpose of the market dialogue (RFI) is to receive feedback from service providers and investigate what systems for operation of ICT services are available in the market. The background for this is that Bane NOR's current operational contract expires in February 2020. Before holding a competition for a new contract, Bane NOR wants to gain an overview of the current situation, as well as what will be the future need and possibilities in the market. The aim is procure a future operational contract with an IT operations model that i.a. Ensures values such as quality, cost efficiency, flexibility, scalability and innovation. At the same time, the RFI process facilitates for real competition between the service providers, including ensuring principles of non-discrimination, predictability and competition.
