The objective and scope of the contract:
The competition concerns a framework agreement for the delivery of laboratory services for analysis of water and sewage samples for the participant municipalities.
The value of the procurement is estimated to be over the EEA threshold value. For further information we refer to part 2 of the requirement specification.
Lots and alternative tenders
Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed.
The contracting authority has considered splitting the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable.
