The contracting authority for this procurement was GKI Grenlandskommunenes Innkjøpsenhet and Bamble, Drangedal, Kragerø, Porsgrunn, Siljan and Skien municipalities (the Grenland municipalities), hereafter called the Customer/Contracting Authority.
A Tender Management System (TMS) and a Contract Management System (CMS) were procured. The tool shall be integrated with the municipalities'
Case/archive system (Public 360).
Collaboration partners in the form of municipal/inter-municipal companies/units, which are members of GKI's procurement scheme, shall have an option to join the contract and its terms. There are currently 16 units affiliated to GKI's procurement scheme.
