Short description
The objective of the procurement:
The Contracting Authority redeems many properties / residences in connection with different road projects. Some of these residences will be demolished immediately but many will be retained for a while pending road developments and rented out. These are mainly private residences, but there can also be commercial properties. Furthermore, the region needs rental brokerage services for various office locations in the region, the extent of this will depend, amongst other things, on the region reform 2020 as well as office locations.
For this procurement, a contract will be signed with one tenderer.
