Provision of expert assistance to support activities on energy, mobility, air pollution, climate change mitigation and adaptation (2 lots)

Short description

The purpose of this call for tenders is to establish a single framework service contract for each lot with (a) service provider(s) in the area of energy, mobility, air pollution, climate change mitigation and adaptation. The call for tender is split into 2 (two) lots: Lot 1: Energy, mobility and the environment and Lot 2: Air pollution, climate change mitigation and adaptation. The contract may be signed with a different economic operator for each lot.
