Contacts are wanted for the operation and maintenance of regionalforvaltning.no with one (main) tenderer. The contracts also include options for further development with the accompanying operation and maintenance costs. The Operational Contract (Government Standard Terms and Conditions SSA-D) only regulates basic platform operations, whilst the Maintenance Contract (Government Standard Terms and Conditions SSA-V) regulates application operations, maintenance and further development.
The contracts have an estimated scope with the following distribution:
1. Operation Contract (basic operation and platform operation): NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT assuming 6.5 years operation.
2. Maintenance Contract (application operation, maintenance, and further development): NOK 5,000,000 excluding VAT assuming 6.5 years operation.
This is an estimate that is not binding for the contracting authority and, within the budget limit, procurements can be made for more or less than the estimated amount. The distribution can also be changed between development and maintenance/operation.
