The Contracting Authority administers the municipality´s nursery portfolio and has been given the assignment, by the Department for Childhood, Youth and Knowledge (OVK), of assisting with the redevelopment of the school site in Monolittveien 6 to a nursery. Part of the adjoining recreational area can also be redeveloped for the nursery. The Contracting Authority has, thus, a need for an engineering design group, consisting of an architect and landscape architect, as well as a planning consultant. Option for an extension of the assignment for the execution phase after the approved KS2.
