The follow-up of result based financing shall be aimed at employment in ordinary working life. The trial is anchored in separate experiment regulations, pursuant to the Labour Market Act, FOR-2017-12-07-1942. In the follow-up initiative with result based financing, payments of grants to the initiative organiser for the procurement of follow-up will depend on a transition to work for participants. Payments to the initiative organisers shall be linked to milestones in the implementation of the initiative. The milestones will form the basis for payments per initiative participant, assuming that milestones are reached. Payments to the initiative organisers will be paid in arrears, i.e. after achieved results. In Hordaland the contracting authority aims at entering into a framework agreement for a total of 100 parallel single places for the following districts: Bergenhus, Arna, Laksevåg and Fyllingsdalen in Bergen municipality, as well as Meland, Radøy, Lindås, Masfjorden, Austrheim, Fedje, Osterøy and Modalen municipalities. The estimated contract value is between 30 000 000 NOK and 45 000 000 NOK for a contract period of 4 years.
