Short description
The objective of the procurement is to enter into an agreement for service and maintenance of Avaya and Trio products with associated services.
Avaya:
— Monitoring of the centres according to the overview in the locations list,
— Periodical service of the telephony centres,
— Follow up of errors reported by the contracting authority, also to third parties,
— Assistance and proactive advising,
— 24/7 assistance at multiple locations.
Trio:
— Service and maintenance,
— Patching and maintenance as needed,
— Error recovery and configuration of systems,
