A framework agreement shall be signed with one — 1 — tenderer for depositing and transporting sand and material from grates from Bekkelaget Treatment Facility.
Call-offs will be made by VAV, or the company that has currently a contract with VAV for the management of Bekkelaget Treatment Facility.
