Pensjonstrygden for sjømenn [Pension Insurance Institution for Seamen] is a statutory public service pension scheme for works at sea. It’s main purpose is to yield the seaman pension from 60 years of age up until the previously common pension age in Folketrygden [the National Insurance], 67 years. Invoices are sent out to approx. 800 customers every month (the number of invoices is approx. 1 200 per month) and we pay a pension to approx. 7 500 pensioners every month. This is done automatically. A high degree of automation in our systems requires high quality in the integrations and error handling, also in Unit4BW, as well as its communication with our core system PPSYS, Riksrevisjonens Databehandler, Altinn, bank, SPK and Lindorff. In addition it runs a case processing robot daily on Unit4BW, which starts invoice dispatches. PTS would like a tenderer who can provide:
1) licences,
2) upgrades and patching,
3) management and
4) user support.
