Sunnhordland intermunicipal procurement forum, on behalf of Bømlo, Fitjar, Kvinnherad, Stord and Tysnes municipalities, henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority, aims at entering into a Framework Agreement for the delivery of photocopiers and multifunction machines, as well as service and maintenance thereof. Municipal enterprises / Ltds shall have options to enter into the Agreement during the agreement period.
The Agreement is for new machines. This means that the current agreements are running until they expires or are concluded. This means a staggered replacement of machines in the contract period in accordance with orders from the municipality.
