Hearing of tender documentation:
Providers of e-learning services and other interested parties are by this prior information notice invited to comment on the extract of the preliminary tender documentation related to a planned tender contest for the procurement of e-training courses related to management of medicinal products and other professional courses for health, nursing and caring personnel. The tender documentation is attached to this prior information notice. Please note that the documentation is currently to be considered as a preliminary draft / outline for the future tender contest. The providers and other interested parties shall present their written feedback to the document “høringsgrunnlag” (“Hearing basis”). The deadline for hearing is 6.5.2018 (23:30).
The Contracting Authority emphasises that this prior information notice is published in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations part III due to uncertainty related to the value of the contract. Subject to reservations that the tender contest can be published in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations Part II.
