Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Health, invites tenderers to a market dialogue for a planned procurement of technology for supervising service users. The procurement is within the welfare technology area — digital supervision.
The Directorate of Health describes the area as follows: “Digital supervision, or passive alarm technology, involves one or more sensors that warn the service of, for example, movement, passing by, absence from bed, falls, etc. Digital supervision can also involve the use of cameras as agreed with the user/relatives, where appropriate in order to provide a sufficiently safe service“.
