Labour market course: Framework agreement for a “Labour market course prison”, consisting of a course package for prisoners in the period approx. 2.7.2018 — 30.6.2020, with an option for an extension until 30.6.2022. The tenderer shall arrange courses for prisoners or have subsuppliers who can hold such courses. The target group for the courses is persons serving time in prison or who are on remand in prisons in Oslo. It must be possible to use some of the courses in prisons in Akershus. The courses shall give qualifications and shall give prisoners better prerequisites for getting ordinary work after their sentence. The courses shall function as an arena for self-achievement, personal growth and development. The courses in the framework agreement will be as follows:
— Truck driver,
— Lift,
— Site gardener,
— Barrista,
— Cleaning.
