1.3 Information on the contracting authority´s distribution of responsibility
DSB will enter into this contract on behalf of the entities mentioned in points 1.1 and 1.2. DSB is responsible for announcing the procurement and the signing and follow-up of the contract. Each entity has, however, independent responsibility for their orders and procurements based on the contract. DSB and Valgdirektoratet are called the contracting authority in the following.
