The procurement is for the transport and treatment of 180 tonnes of hazardous waste, sorted into IBC, full barrels, pallets with pallet edges and small plastic boxes (30 litres). Windows in stands. The waste from businesses and households will be delivered in one waste flow.
The waste is collected from 5 recycling stations to order, weekly collections from the two major facilities whilst the smaller facilities are empties 2 to 12 times a year to order. Tenderers shall provide a proper chemist service for 2 annual sortings of non-identified waste.
Separate contracts will be signed with two contracting authorities, the waste will be divided into 3 groups with a separate total price evaluation per group. 2 to 6 contracts can be signed in the competition. The contracts will be identical with the exception of information on the contracting authority and what waste codes are included in the tender. Tenders can be submitted for parts of the procurement.
The contracts will be valid for 3 years from 1.7.2018 to 30.6.2021, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for 1+1 year.
