NRK wants to enter into one to 3 nationwide framework agreements for the delivery of vehicle fuel.
Furthermore, a framework agreement shall be entered into for the delivery of bulk fuel to NRK's own tank facility for service vehicles at Marienlyst in Oslo.
For NRK, who are a public entity with social responsibility, environmental consideration is extremely important. Therefore, NRK will in particular strive to ensure access to environmentally friendly alternative fuels, as long as these alternatives can be used by the relevant service vehicles.
Accessories are understood to mean necessary parts and consumables which are necessary for the driving and use of the vehicle, such as light bulbs, washer fluid, windscreen wipers, engine oil, ice scrapers, lock oil/spray, detergent, degreasing agent, cleaner, soap, sponges, polish and self-operated car-wash/ machine car-wash.
All supplies shall be available during opening hours and at the same place as the delivery/tanking of fuel. It is therefore not relevant to submit tender offers on supplies without the delivery of fuel.
