Oslo kommune c/o Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF, hereafter referred to as the Contracting Authority / OBY / builder invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a “Partnering contract — Briskeby fire station”.
The project includes the total renovation of the current fire station built in 1963 (the main building), side buildings, housing sections, a practice tower and a workshop area including parking cover. The area contains a sand silo which the Contracting Authority wants to demolish. The buildings are located in Industrigata 3 and 3b-d. land Nos./title Nos. 213/174 and 213/442
