A fully automated DNA/RNA extractor shall be procured for different patient samples, primarily EDTA full blood, for further genetic analyses. We would like to have an automated system that also handles pipetting primary samples for extraction and set-up of PCR.
A block based (96/384) real-time PCR shall be procured for different molecular biological analyses. The instrument must be compatible with FRET probes, TaqMan probes and SYBR green in addition to High Resolution Melting (HRM).
