The following shall be delivered (in addition to an option for operation):
— digital services for the cultural heritage sector's users,
— case management systems that all of the cultural heritage sector can use,
— maintenance.
The procurement consists of the development/establishment of digital final user services and a case management system that shall preferably be delivered as an off-the-shelf product or a standard system. The system must, however, be flexible and configurable. If a construction project, etc. conflicts with an automatically listed cultural heritage object (archeological or ship finds), the developer must apply to the Directorate for Cultural Heritage for permission. After 1.1.2020, the processing of such applications will be delegated to the counties and the Sami Parliament as the court of the first instance.
