Tenderers are invited to a dynamic purchasing system for System Management for Ruter AS.
Large systems in Ruter have dedicated system management with responsibility for management of the system through its entire life-cycle.
This includes, amongst other things, the following assignments:
— responsible for the system through its entire life-cycle,
— continual follow-up and reporting of costs and deliveries,
— administration and implementation of changes,
— ensure investigation of possible solutions,
— responsible for all releases of the system,
— plan and secure implementation of necessary quality assurance and testing (including user testing as needed),
— secure necessary documentation and competence transfer to the operation,
— manage the overview of applicable laws, regulations, duties and internal procedures that apply to the system,
— follow-up of service providers of both applications administration, operations and changes, both internal and external,
— own all problems related to their system,
— ensure that all testing and staging environments are updated for continuous development and production processes,
— maintain the standby plan for the system and be responsible for planning and implementation of standby exercises, and,
— contribute to projects connected to the system.
