The total annual value of these services amounts to approx. NOK 60 million. In order to increase the efficiency of the execution of the abovementioned works, the contracting authority wants to enter into framework agreements with 2 contractors who will have the total responsibility for the execution of the Contractual works. The contractors’ area of responsibility includes planning, engineering design and execution.
