2017-12-06 paskelbtų LED ekrano pirkimo sąlygų paaiškinimas pagal gautą tiekėjo užklausą: Konkurso sąlygų 3.1.1.1 p. nurodytas reikalavimas "Tiekėjas per paskutinius 3 (trejus) metus arba per laiką nuo Tiekėjo įregistravimo dienos (jeigu Tiekėjas vykdė veiklą mažiau nei 3 metus) yra sėkmingai įvykdęs ne mažiau kaip 1 sutartį, kurios objektas buvo susijęs LED ekrano ar jo dalių tiekimu, ir kurios vertė yra ne mažesnė kaip 110 000 Eur" reiškia, kad tiekėjas turi būti įvykdęs bent 1 sutartį, kurios vertė ne mažesnė nei 110 000 Eur. Jei tiekėjas yra įvykdęs keletą smulkesnių sutarčių, kurių kiekvienos vertė mažesnė nei 110 000 Eur, bet jų bendra suma ne mažesnė nei 110 000 Eur, toks tiekėjas netenkintų minėto kvalifikacinio reikalavimo. Explanation of the LED screen procurement documents (procurement documents were published on the 6th December, 2017) UAB “VKK plius” has received a query from the supplier asking to explain clause 3.1.1.1. (“Supplier has properly fulfilled LED screen (or LED panels) selling agreement worth no less than 110 000 Eur in the last 3 years or since the registration of the supplier (if it performs less than 3 years”) of the procurement documents. Explanation: the clause means that supplier has properly fulfiller at least 1 LED screen or LED panels selling agreement worth no less than 110 000 Eur. If the supplier has fulfilled more than 1 contract each worth less than 110 000 Eur but all of them together worth no less than 110 000 Eur, such supplier do not meet the minimal qualification requirement stated in the clause 3.1.1.1.
