Enova has awarded Bergen og Omland Port Authority NOK 16.1 million to develop three new on-shore electricity systems for supply boats. There are already three land electricity facilities for offshore at Skolten. The aim is between six and nine ready developed facilities in 2018. BOH aims to enter into two framework agreements for the delivery and assembly of equipment for complete on-shore electricity facilities. Delivery will first be to the stated points at Dokken, Nykirkekaien and Festningskaien. Future land electricity points will depend on the contracting authority's budget situation and future grants from Enova. One framework agreement shall be signed per contract area, with up to two tenderers. See point 1.e. BOH has announced separate competitions on framework agreements for the purchase of on-shore facilities. This procurement concerns framework agreements for the purchase of cable management devices out toward ships. Tenderers shall also be responsible for installation of the devices. For further information about the content of the procurement, refer to the Requirement Specification and sub annex.
