‘Idrettens Hus’ (the ‘Sports building’) — Is a turnkey contract with options, and a part of the New Molde Sports Park. The current building includes a multi-user hall, a swimming pool and an activity area with accompanying changing rooms, common areas and offices. The building shall be subject to total renovation to a sports facility with a multi-user hall, a basic hall and an activity area with accompanying changing rooms, common areas and offices.
