The framework agreement shall cover the contracting authority's need for project managers when the capacity of its own staff does not meet the need. It may be necessary for multiple of Fredrikstad kommune's own entities to make call-offs on the framework agreement. Due to high activity in periods, i.a. the project development entity and the Building and Property Department need to hire external project managers in order to carry out municipal construction and maintenance projects as well as any structural amendment works.
This framework agreement concerns both residential and purpose-built buildings. The assignment will particularly be aimed at municipal construction projects, but also other types of construction and rehabilitation can be involved.
