The Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection (DSB) issues this Request for Information (RFI) to seek input concerning establishing an eCall solution required for receipt and handling of eCall in Norwegian PSAPs (public safety answering points). DSB is seeking information on any commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions that could serve this purpose.
