Based on historical figures, the procurement has an estimated value of about 7 000 000 NOK per year. The value is uncertain, and may vary greatly from year to year, depending on the contracting authority's maintenance priorities each year.
The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the contracts that will be signed do not involve any obligation to buy for the contracting authority. The contracting authority's previous experience shows that large savings are achieved if there is a competition for each assignment instead of using framework agreements. The degree that the framework agreement will be used will therefore depend on the tenderers’ efficiency.
