The new instrument will, together with two existing instruments, run home-made analyses for tumour markers, biological medicines and patient antibodies against biological medicines. The total cost of the procurement consists of 1 analysis robot, 2 analysis robots as an option, consumables from day 1 for 10 years for 3 analysis robots (2 options) and service contracts from year 2 until year 10 for 3 analysis robots (2 options). 7730000.00 Oslo University HF [Oslo University Hospital Health Trust — OUS]. A new immunoassay instrument shall be procured for the Special Analyses Unit, Department of Medical Biochemistry, Oslo University Hospital, Radiumhospitalet. The new instrument will, together with two existing instruments, run home-made analyses for tumour markers, biological medicines and patient antibodies against biological medicines. The procurement will be carried out via a notice of intent. Reasons for the intention notice: The analysis instrument has some A-requirements that are important for daily operations. — The analysis instrument must be able to analyse home-made analyses with self-produced reagents, with options to set-up, change and delete analysis protocols as required. — The analysis instrument must be fully automatic (including sample thinning, pipetting samples and reagents, incubating, washing, reading). — The analysis instrument must be able to carry out immuno-fluorometric methods (IFMA), i.e. the trace molecule is a fluoridising earth metal or equivalent. (ELISA-methods, with readings of absorbance after a reaction enzyme-substrate, do not give adequate sensitivity, measuring area or reproducibility for our purposes.) — The analysis instrument must be able to read off positive bar code identification and be able to communicate with LIS. — The analysis instrument must be able to analyse >100 samples in each set-up. — The analysis instrument must be able to run several analyses simultaneously, also from the same sample. — The analysis instrument must be able to analyse standards and make up to a 6 point calibration curve. — The analysis instrument must be able to analyse samples, checks and standards in duplicate. — The analysis instrument's computer systems shall be robust, simple to operate and compatible with existing systems in the laboratory. — The analysis instrument must have two-way communication with an external computer system. We have Alphasoft Unilab. — The analysis instrument must be able to keep statistics on checks, precision and accuracy. It is also important that the analysis instrument has options to: — Programme for calculating concentration based on a standard curve. — The analysis instrument ought to have an interface programme for data transfer of results/checks. — The analysis instrument ought to discharge waste directly into the drain. — The analysis instrument ought to be able to analyse samples in tubes from different manufacturers, both 4, 6 and 10 m, tubes with and without get. — The analysis instrument ought to have detection of fluid level. — The analysis instrument ought to be able to define the shelf life of reagents and sheets, as well as log lots in use. — Any interferences, for example, from bilirubinemia, lipaemia and hemolysis, must be documented. The procurement also includes a framework agreement for the procurement of equipment specific consumables (will also consider non-equipment specific goods). This framework agreement will be valid for 4 years, with an option for an extension for 1 year at a time, for as long as the equipment is in use. The award of contract for consumables will follow the award of contract for the purchase of the instrument. 2 analysis instruments service agreement.
