Aremark, Eidsberg, Hobøl, Marker, Rakkestad, Rømskog, Skiptvet, Spydeberg and Trøgstad municipalities have established a procurement co-operation with a joint purchasing office located in Eidsberg municipality in Østfold. The purchasing office implements the tender contest on behalf of the municipalities. Note that each municipality is considered as a separate legal entity. Any new businesses added during the agreement period shall be able to enter into the framework agreement. Due to the new municipal structure Eidsberg, Hobøl, Spydeberg, Trøgstad and Askim municipalities shall merge into one municipality from 2020. Rømskog shall be a part of Aurskog-Høland from 2020. The contract is subject to other possible organisational changes that can affect the contract. If special food and beverage deliveries for schools and nurseries are implemented, the contracting authority can choose not to use the agreement during these periods.
