Fredrikstad kommune wants to collaborate with municipalities in Østfold on a framework agreement for the purchase of food products. The following municipalities [kommune] are entering into a procurement cooperation (hereafter called the Contracting Authority).
Contracting Authorities:
— Fredrikstad kommune and Hvaler kommune;
— Sarpsborg kommune;
— Halden kommune;
— Moss kommune and Rygge kommune;
— Råde kommune;
— Våler kommune.
The procurement is divided into the following groups, with the following communities are included:
a. Groceries (Fredrikstad, Hvaler, Moss, Rygge, Råde, Våler, Halden);
b1 Liquid dairy products (Fredrikstad, Hvaler, Moss, Rygge, Råde, Våler);
b2 Full-fat milk, mini tank 200L (Fredrikstad);
c. Fresh meat and meat products (Fredrikstad, Hvaler, Moss, Rygge, Råde, Våler, Sarpsborg);
d. Fresh fish and seafood (Fredrikstad, Hvaler, Moss, Rygge, Halden, Sarpsborg).
